I'm making this decision because Roblox primarily recommends the game to UGC hunters, which kills retention and session time, making it hard to grow. UGCs also aren't profitable at scale — they're expensive to produce in large quantities, and the returns haven't justified it. UGC games attract young players who often think the game is a scam, making it harder to build something sustainable. I'm be starting with a new game focused on classes and weekly updates.
